PLL WELLES CROWTHER HUMANITARIAN AWARD NOMINEES ANNOUNCEMENT & JERSEY PATCH PRESENTATION
For the first time, nominees for the Premier Lacrosse League Welles Crowther Humanitarian of the Year Award have been presented with a Red Bandanna Patch to wear on their jerseys for the remainder of the season. This includes the first-ever nominees for the award from the Women's Lacrosse League. Before their game, each nominee received their patch directly from Alison Crowther, Welles’ mother- a deeply personal moment connecting the athletes who are making a difference today with Welles’ enduring legacy of courage, selflessness and service to others.
